Shipping Policy

By Earthlings products are made to order. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Production time

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days. Production may take longer during holidays, periods of high demand, stock shortages, or when an item needs to be reprinted after a quality check.

Shipping estimates

Shipping times and charges depend on the product, destination, and delivery method available at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after production is complete and are not guaranteed. International shipments can take longer because of customs or carrier delays.

Tracking and split shipments

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout after your order ships. Products may be made by different production partners, so items from one order may arrive in separate packages.

Address changes

Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Once production has started, an address change or cancellation may not be possible. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country or carrier. Unless collected at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages

If tracking has not updated, your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at byearthlings.co@gmail.com with your order number and relevant photographs. We will review the issue and help with the next steps.
